When a business partner goes into liquidation or faces insolvency proceedings, you want to know about it before it affects your own operations. Historically, checking the Austrian Edict Register (Ediktsdatei) meant searching court publications by hand.
To automate this, we added registry data directly into our API. Under the /api/edikte endpoints, you can search and filter active edicts.
bankruptcy and insolvency records
You can now query court listings for Austrian companies:
- Bankruptcy details: Retrieve notices regarding court dates, administrator details, and asset filings.
- Structured data formats: Avoid scraping old HTML pages. Get file numbers, court rulings, and filing dates in clean JSON.
Pricing and getting started
Queries to the /api/edikte endpoints cost one credit per lookup and are available on all paid subscription plans.
